For now, we’ll make do with the highly regarded RTX 20 series to power this build.

The GPU will be supported by one of Intel’s latest 10th-generation CPUs, the Core 10600K. The 10600K is one of Intel’s best price-to-performance processors and will go far in any gaming rig. This CPU comes with 6 cores and 12 threads, giving consumers fewer cores than AMD’s closely priced 3700X. Despite this, this chip provides excellent single-core performance and when paired with a powerful Nvidia RTX card, you can expect superb gaming results. Out of the box, this processor features a clock speed of 4.1GHz, with a max boost potential of 4.8GHz, which is easily done with the motherboard we have selected.

We are unsure at this point what the file size Cyberpunk 2077 will be but this custom build features one of the fastest M.2 SSD’s currently available. The 1TB drive will be more than enough for your operating system and favorite games but you may want to add an HDD for all your work-related and media files if you require it.

Whether you are going to be running Cyberpunk 2077 in 1080p, 1440p, or 4K, you can rest assured this custom build gaming PC can handle it.

Things To Consider

Budget

As this is a custom gaming PC for Cyberpunk 2077, it can be very easy to let the budget run up high. Budget is one of the main factors to consider for most builders and this usually dictates the components that you can actually include in your system. We have tried to keep this as low as possible but as this is the best custom gaming PC for Cyberpunk 2077, it is in the high-end scale of budgets. 

It is worth noting that the can will be able to run on lower-spec systems but for those that really want the best out of this game, this is the build for you.

The CPU can be boosted to a whopping 4.8GHz on each core with a very simple overclock in your BIOS. Furthermore, the RAM won’t come at its max speed potential, meaning you are going to have to overclock this too in the BIOS, but it is very easy to do these days.

Note: If you plan on overclocking your CPU, you may want to consider buying an aftermarket fan or AIO cooler to ensure you keep those temperatures down.

We went for a reasonably sized yet rapid SSD with this Cyberpunk 2077 custom build. This was, of course, to try and not go too overboard but we understand some of you may need extra space for the files that do not require fast loading times.

We recommend the Seagate BarraCuda 3TB HDD. This will give you more than enough storage for your backup, media and work files, whilst also offering decent read/write speeds as too.
